Unlike most debates, the candidates stated their positions on issues clearly. Not much hedging.
Bennett came out strongly for stem cell research, strong pro-choice, strongly against DADT and gave a good example of one way to save money. Buck came out against stem cell research, anti-choice, for partial privatization of social security and against financial regulation.
I thought Bennet won and was more likable. I'd love to hear what others think.

I'm in Colorado Springs for the Romanoff v Bennet Senate debate. This is their second debate, the first is here.

Whether or not it could pass Constitutional muster is moot in the court of public opinion. The Teabaggers should pay attention when one of their own turns his back on the hyperbole the movement perpetuates about the Tenth Amendment.
The Denver Daily News has an article about a debate between Colorado Attorney General John Suthers and leading Medical Marijuana Attorney Rob Corry. At one point in the debate, Cory pwns Suthers by calling balderdash on Suthers' right-wing mantra of selective "states rights" when it fits his ideology.
