"Why aren't 100-round magazines allowed under the Second Amendment?" Senator Dick Durbin asked.
Dave Kopel, DU law professor and Independence Institute chump, responded that machine guns aren't allowed because they are not "commonly used by law-abiding citizens for legitimate purposes."
"But 100-round magazines are?" Durbin said.
"You're the one who wants to talk about 100-round magazines," Kopel said.
"And thank goodness he had a piece of junk like that that jammed, instead of something better made, where he could have killed more people with it."
So there's a "respected" college law professor urging the manufacturers of highly-deadly 100-round bullet magazines to make a better product. He wants them to make a better product so it will actually kill more people than it can today.
This guy is obviously borderline sociopathic and his employment as a law professor at DU makes me question DU's dedication to the laws of our society. The fact that he's on the payroll of the highly corporatized Independence Institute does not surprise me - it only makes me question how much the NRA gives them to provide pimps for their murderous views.
