To paraphrase Mike Rosen, can we call them Radicals?
Reps. Cory Gardner and Doug Lamborn stand by Grover Norquist's anti-tax pledge. All four Republicans signed it again for the next Congress set to start in January.
Republican Cory Gardner:
"The pledge Congressman Gardner signed was to the people of Colorado's 4th Congressional District. He believes that tax rate increases are not the way to solve the problem."
Republican Doug Lamborn:
"I signed a pledge to my constituents that I would not raise their taxes and I take that pledge seriously. Raising taxes will not help the economy or help create more jobs."
The fact that Colorado Springs is only slightly better run than Tijuana hasn't made an impression on Lamborn. Of course, he probably never goes into town. |
| Zappatero :: Coloradans rejected anti-tax Radical Doug Bruce, why do our Reps. still support Grover Norquist? |
