Check out the final 30 seconds of this interview from 9 News. It would be hilarious if it weren't so scary that she has gotten so close to having a job she does not understand. (If the landing page doesn't take you to the video, look for the one marked "full interview.") Update:Dkos has the vid now on YouTube: Interviewer: [3rd grader] Brandon Garcia wants to know, "What does the Vice-President do?". Palin: That's something that Piper would ask as a second grader also. That's a great question Brandon, and a Vice President has a really great job, because not only are they there to support the President's agenda, they're like the team member - the team mate to that President, but also they're in charge of the United States Senate, so if they want to they can really get in there with the Senators and make a lot of good policy changes that will make life better for Brandon and his family and his classroom and its a great job and I look forward to having that job. I wonder if Sen. Salazaar agrees that the Vice President sets education policy for the Senate?

I'd love to poll the nation's 6th grade political science classes on this one and use that in court to block this kind of power grab.
