Update. Joan just called to concede.

I don't have numbers faster than anyone else but it looks like the Rocky is updating their page pretty well.

Jared by 4% with 27% in.

In CO-06 Coffman by almost 10% with 19% in (not a surprise)

HD6 - Lois Court ahead by 7% with 72% in.

Too bad Doug Bruce is behind, but not even 1% reporting yet.  By the end of the night will we hear we won't have him around to something anymore?  What's the something, hmmm.

HD8 - Beth McCann 19% with 53% in.

HD9 - Miklosi by 16% with 54% in.

This is sick:
With 16% in Q100 is 72% yes.  I see some court challenges in its future.

update at 12:06am - Colorado Independent had great covereage of Q100.  Looks like the Denver city council is indeed weighing its options, as is the Colorado Immigrants Rights Coalition.  The issue at hand is that what the city council had to approve, was not the same language on the ballot.

12:09am - I don't know if anyone else was paying attention, but Doug Bruce will indeed not be returning to the state legislature.   With 100% of the vote in, he's lost by 4%.

We're gonna get the Secratary of State's office (4.00 / 3)
While I personally would have been happier with Steve Ward, part of me is tickled that Coffman is leading the GOP primary in CO-06. Doesn't that mean Ritter can appoint the next Sec of State?

I may have that wrong. Let me know.

You are correct, sir... (0.00 / 0)
take a prize from the bottom shelf.

Looks like Polis will win Eagle County!!!! (4.00 / 3)
My county. My small contribution to this election. Our county chair just called me from the the courthouse and said it's looking really good for Polis in Eagle County.

Coffman campaign offers jobs in exchange for votes? (0.00 / 0)
Whoa. From PoliticsWest:

"Should this be the case, internships will be immediately available with the strong potential of earning a job in Mike's Congressional office," the e-mail, from campaign staffer Jeff Small, says. "Mike has said he will give first priority to those who work hard with him in the trenches, and now is your chance to show him what you've got!"

The problem is it is illegal for a candidate to solicit political support in exchange for the promise of a government job.

No, it WAS illegal. (0.00 / 0)
Under the Bush Justice Department, nothing is illegal unless they say it is.

Congrats. (4.00 / 1)
He'll make a fine Congressman.

Jeeeeesus... (0.00 / 0)
That means that the CD race cost $330 per vote.  I would have ponied up my vote for half that.

Well, it's still less than those poor bastards in Georgia are paying for their democracy.
