(What to do? What to do? - promoted by Fong)
Colorado is once again in the national news, pondering the longevity of her fresh blue identity, waiting to see if utter insanity can save her.
The New York Times piece goes like this: Obama didn't save the world the way people really hoped he would, then he endorsed Michael Bennet, right-wing fruitards take advantage of every Bush-induced disaster, Tea baggers unite under the umbrella of hate, Andrew Romanoff begrudgingly blames the "spinelessness of Democrats", Undecided voters wait to see who sucks more, and we all fall down.
Here are the things of which we're going to get sick:
Arizona's immiracism fallout;
jobs, jobs, jobs;
Personhood for fertilized eggs r dumb;
Dems "raised taxes" (even though they can't),
Notice how Dems don't have anything good to say about themselves? How are we gonna change that?
At least we have the abortion and racism fights. Invasion of privacy never gauges well among independents. Here's to hoping Jane Norton says "birth control is a terrible, terrible thing... oh, and we need less Mexicans." Which she's already said the latter, so we're halfway there. |
