You can never fail once you hit the 1% - you just keep stealing and calling it the free market and counting on the DOJ to cover its eyes:
Hostess Brands acknowledged for the first time in a news report Monday that the company diverted workers' pension money for other company uses.
The bankrupt baker told The Wall Street Journal that money taken out of workers' paychecks, intended for their retirement funds, was used for company operations instead.
Until people start going to jail these thefts will continue to victimize the Middle Class and those who commit them will be excused by their political partners in crime - of both parties. (Yes, both sides do this.)
And since the DOJ and SEC haven't been doing their jobs maybe it's about time workers sue the thieves.
And, oh yes, the bankruptcy judge gave Hostess execs their requested bonuses for expertly running the company into the ground. |
