Specifically, the documents record a "John" further noted as "Mike Handcock" (sic) and all of the documents record a phone number that point directly to the Councilman. While there is no de facto evidence of illegality, the documents suggest Hancock paid at least $275 in cash for whatever services were provided on at least three separate occasions.
Evan Dreyer, spokesman for Hancock said, "We're just days before the election and have now been hit by yet another false, desperate and negative attack. This particular attack is the most hateful to date. It's stereotypical and it is categorically untrue."
The first page is from the business' phone log. Our source indicated that in order to obtain services a client had to be linked to a phone number used for reference, and was verified to each entry.
Approximately three quarters of the way down the page is the entry for "John" and it is noted that his "RN" (read "real name") is Mike Hancock and he "Wrks4City." In addition it is noted that he "Calls from diff #'s (pay ph.)" which according to our source was a common occurrence, the client would just have to reference their pre-verified phone number when calling.
Pages 2-4 of the document are appointment sheets provided from the source dated 4/16, 5/16 and 10/17. There is no year noted and according to the source that was intentional in the creation of the records.
